The construction of the new home for the Reformed Free Publishing Association (RFPA) is well under way! We broke ground in early July and the block walls are going up as this article is being written. The Lord willing, we will complete the project by the end of this year. This is an exciting time for the RFPA as we look forward to a home of our own for the first time in eighty years. Of the seventeen schemata proposed to the Vatican Council at its second session, only seven reached the floor for discussion, and of these, but two have been formally approved by the Council. These two have been promulgated by Pope Paul VI at the closing day of the second session, December 4, 1963. These two,Constitution on Sacred Liturgy, and Constitution on Social Communications, are now official laws of the Roman Catholic Church, The former I will consider in this article.
