Classis East met in regular session on May 12, 1982 at our Holland Church. Each church, with the exception of Kalamazoo, was represented by two delegates. Rev. C. Haak chaired this session of Classis. 

September 9, 2009 Kalamazoo PRC Classis East met in regular session on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in the Kalamazoo PRC. Each church was represented by two delegates. Rev. Andrew Lanning was the chairman for this session. Classis was informed that Cornerstone PRC had transferred the ministerial credentials and membership of its pastor, Rev. Nathan Brummel, to a United Reformed Church. The church visitors also gave a report about this matter. September 14, 2011 Hope Protestant Reformed Church Classis East met in regular session on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at the Hope PRC, Walker, MI. Each church was represented by two delegates. Rev. G. Eriks was the chairman of this session. The delegates ad examina from Classis West were present, as were two visitors from a small denomination in Germany who were in the area to visit with our Contact Committee.
