Report of Classis East held October 3, 1962, at Hudsonville Church. Rev. M. Schipper who presided over the special classical meeting in August led in opening devotions. The Rev. R.C. Harbach, who presided over the July meeting of Classis, led in the opening devotions. After the Credentials of the various delegates were accepted, he pronounced the Classis properly constituted, and turned the hammer over to Rev. J.A. Heys, who then addressed the Classis with a few chosen words and presided over the rest of the session. All of the churches were represented by two delegates each, Three of the delegates attended the Classis for the, first time, and were therefore required to sign the Formula Of Subscription.

Hope Protestant Reformed Church January 11, 2006 Classis East met in regular session on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at the Hope PRC. Each church was represented by two delegates. Rev. W. Bruinsma served as chair of this session. Students in the church history classes at Covenant Christian High School were in attendance for part of the morning session. The business of classis was, for the most part, routine for a January classis. Classis devoted a good deal of time voting for synodical delegates and the other functionaries of the classis. September 14, 2005 Faith Protestant Reformed Church Classis East met in regular session on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at the Faith PRC. All the churches were represented by two delegates. Rev. R. Van Overloop was the chairman for this session. The business of classis was, with one exception, routine. Classical appointments were given to Covenant and Holland. Pulpit supply was also granted for the Pittsburgh mission and for Edmonton. Report of Classis West held in Doon, Iowa, Sept. 20, 1961: Rev. B. Woudenberg presided at this meeting which was adjourned at 8:45 P.M. This meeting was again one in which harmony and unity prevailed. Various matters were discussed and decided in executive meeting, including protests and matters of discipline, and the decisions were unanimous in all instances. Our Missionary, Rev. G. Lubbers, was present and was given advisory vote. The brother spoke a few appropriate words to the Classis and the president of Classis responded very fittingly.
