Election and Reprobation According to Barth We now will, first of all, present a brief summary or outline of what Barth has to say about election and reprobation. This outline covers pages 175 to 563. On pages 175 to 214 he writes about “the eternal will of God in the election of Jesus Christ” (Die ewige Wille Gottes in die Erwghling Jesu Christi).
